نبذة عن الشركة



الشركة العمانية لإدارة المطارات ش.م.ع.م هي شركة مقفلة مملوكة من قبل حكومة سلطنة عمان ، والشركة مخولة للقيام بالواجبات الآتية بمطار مسقط الدولي ومطار صلالة.الشركة العمانية لإدارة المطارات هي شركة مساهمة عامة مقفلة تملكها حكومة سلطنة عمان. وتقوم الشركة بإدارة وتشغيل مطاري مسقط الدولي و صلالة والمطارات الجديدة في كل من صحار وادم والدقم ورأس الحد.

وتتولى الشركة العمانية لإدارة المطارات الإدارة المباشرة للبنية التحتية للمطارات مثل مبني المسافرين ومبنى الشحن والمدرج ومواقف الطائرات ومواقف السيارات .ويوجد لدى الشركة ثمانية أقسام وهي قسم السلامة والصيانة و قسم العمليات و قسم التهيئة والاستعداد و قسم المالية و تقنية المعلومات و قسم الموارد البشرية و القسم التجاري ، وقسم التسويق وقسم يعمل بشكل مستقل في مطار صلالة في الصيانة والتشغيل و خدمات الإطفاء ، وتتعامل جميع هذه الأقسام مع العديد من المهام وترفع تقاريرها مباشرة لمكتب الرئيس التنفيذي. يرفع الرئيس التنفيذي تقاريره إلى رئيس مجلس الإدارة الذي لديه وحدة مستقلة تتكون من مكتب رئيس مجلس الإدارة والتدقيق الداخلي.

يقوم قسم السلامة والصيانة بالإشراف على ممتلكات المطار وصيانتها ووضع خطط الصيانة و الاهتمام بنظافة البيئة والصحة والسلامة وإدارة الأعمال المدنية والمخازن الميكانيكية والصيانة العامة.
و يقوم قسم العمليات في المبنى بإدارة مبنى المسافرين وتوفير معلومات الطيران بصورة مستمرة من خلال شاشات عرض معلومات الطيران في أنحاء مبنى المطار و تشغيل ساحات المطار و المدرج ، وهو كذلك مسؤول عن خدمات مكافحة الحرائق في المطارات للتعامل مع حالات الطوارئ أو الحوادث حال حدوثها.
ويشرف قسم التهيئة والاستعداد على جميع المشاريع الجديدة في المطار وعلى التطورات والتوسعات اللازمة و التجهيز للانتقال لمبنى المسافرين الجديد.

وتشمل مسؤوليات قسم الشؤون المالية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات تخطيط وتنفيذ الميزانية السنوية لجميع الأقسام وتتبع العائدات و المصروفات من جميع الأقسام. كما يتولى هذا القسم أيضا إدارة التطوير المستمر لخدمات تقنية المعلومات .
من المهام الرئيسية لدائرة الموارد البشرية، التعامل مع العديد من المهام المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية مثل تخطيط الموارد البشرية وتدبير المصادر، المكافآت وصرف الحقوق ، تدريب وتطوير الكوادر البشرية، و وضع السياسات والإجراءات، والأعمال الإدارية العامة وجميع هذه الأنشطة تعتبر ضرورية من أجل سلاسة تشغيل المطارات.
والقسم التجاري هو المسؤول عن اتفاقيات الامتياز في المطارات وإدارة مواقف السيارات وتأجير مساحات بيع التجزئة والمكاتب ومساحات الإعلانات في المطارات.

والمهام الرئيسية لقسم التسويق تتمثل في جذب شركات الطيران الجديدة لبدء خطوط جوية وتشجيع شركات الطيران الحالية لزيادة عدد الرحلات الجوية الحالية إلى جانب وظائف أخرى تشمل علاقات شركات الطيران وإدارة الموقع على شبكة الإنترنت و إحصائيات الحركة الجوية في المطار و التنسيق مع وسائل الإعلام والإعلان والعلاقات العامة.
والمهام الرئيسية لمطار صلالة الصيانة والتشغيل وخدمات الإطفاء والموارد البشرية والجوانب التجارية والتسويق والمالية وذلك بالتنسيق مع الأقسام المسؤولة في المكتب الرئيسي في مطار مسقط.

والشركة مخولة للقيام بالواجبات الآتية بمطار مسقط الدولي ومطار صلالة:

إدارة ، تنظيم وتشغيل مباني المطارات والمدرج ومواقف الطائرات.
إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لكافة المؤسسة العاملة داخل حدود المطار.
تطوير المرافق والبنية الأساسية للمطارات الحالية.
تسويق المطارات لشركة الطيران القائمة والجديدة المتوقعة.
تحصيل إيرادات هبوط ومواقف الطائرات.
تحصيل رسوم المسافرين المغادرين.
إدارة ، تنظيم وتشغيل مواقف السيارات.
اتفاقيات الامتياز ، وتأجير المحلات التجارية ومساحات المكاتب.
نشر الإعلانات في الفضاءات بالمطار
تطوير الأراضي داخل المطار.
خدمات مكافحة الحرائق للطيران
خدمة معلومات رحلات الطيران
تجميع وإدارة عربات نقل الأمتعة
تحصيل رسوم سيارات الأجرة.
ويعمل في الشركة العمانية لإدارة المطارات 439 موظف.
