قرر قسم اللغة الانجليزية بمدرسة البراء عمل مسابقات بين الصفوف من أجل رفع مستوى الطﻻب.
كانت البداية مع الصف السابع، حيث اقيمت المسابقة يوم الاثنين الموافق 29 سبتمبر 2014 في مركز مصادر التعلم بالمدرسة اثناء الفسحة.
المسابقة كانت من اعداد وتقديم الاستاذ محمود الغافري، وحيث اقيمت المسابقة بين شعب الصف السابع. ومثل كل شعبة 3 طﻻب بحضور زمﻻئهم لمساندتهم وتشجيعهم. اظهر الفريقين مستوى جميل وكانت النتيجة فوز الصف 7/1 على الصف 7/2،،،
وسيتم تكريم الفائزين في الطابور الصباحي تحفيزا لهم وتشجيعا لبقية الطﻻب للمشاركة في قادم المسابقات والانشطة.

***The English department in Al-Bara Bin Malik School (5-12) has decided to develop students' English language skills by conducting competitions among classes. The aim of the competitions was not only to develop students' skills, but also to motivate them to make use of the learning opportunities outside the class such as participating in English activities inside and outside the school.
***However, English teachers started the competitions with grade 7 students on Monday 29th*of September, 2014. The event took place in the learning resource centre during the break. Todays competition was prepared and presented by Mr. Mahmood Al-Ghafri. Beside the competitors, many students attended to show their support to their colleagues. Three students represented each class in grade 7, so there were two teams competing. There were six questions for each team and each team is given 30 seconds to choose their answer. The two teams showed their good knowledge of English and did their best to win. Class 7/1 won the competition 5 to 4. The winners will be awarded in the morning assembly to praise their effort and to encourage others to participate in the coming competitions and other activities.
