One of the main targets for teaching English obviously is helping students to speak English confidently.Hence of that aim the English teachers encourage their students to read stories freely then to act their stories to mix fun through learning at once. Mrs Fakhra the English teacher helped her students to act "Cinderella" story by distributing the roles around the students. Students enjoyed acting it in front of their colleagues.

The first day after Eid holiday was a special day in school as well. I distributed gifts for what is known as (Eidia). In order to encourage students to read independently, their gifts were books for grade seven. The stories were from 1001 Arabian Nights with lots of pictures. For grade nine the gifts were crossword books.
