تحت رعاية الفاضل / يوسف بن علي بن عبدالله الحوسني مستشار معالي وزيرة التربية و التعليم المحترم رئيس لجنة التقييم و المتابعة لمسابقة التفوق الكشفي و الإرشادي على كأس الكشاف الأعظم ،وبحضور الفاضل حمد بن سالم النعماني مدير عام المديرية العامة للتربية و التعليم بمحافظة الظاهرة المحترم، إحتفلت أمس الأربعاء المفوضية الكشفية بمحافظة الظاهرة تكريم الفرق والمدارس الفائزة لمسابقة التفوق الكشفي على المحلي ، إشتمل الحفل على فقرات متنوعة بدأت بآيات من الذكر الحكيم ولوحة ترحيبية وقصائد شعرية ، كما ألقى القائد الكشفي أحمد الغافري كلمة المفوضية الكشفية قائلا فيها ثم إنه لمن دواعي الفخر و السرور أن أقف أمامكم ملقيا هذه الكلمة نيابة عن زملائي في اللجنة المحلية لتقييم مسابقة التفوق الكشفي و الإرشادي بالمحافظة ، هذه اللجنة التي حملت على عاتقها مشعل التفوق الكشفي و الإرشادي وبذلت وفي سبيل ذلك الكثير من الجهد و الوقت و الذي أثمر انعكاسا تنافسيا بين الفرق الكشفية و الإرشادية في مدارس المحافظة وهو ما أدى إلى قطف الثمار اليانعة في مسابقة التفوق الكشفي و الإرشادي على مستوى السلطنة ، وما كان ليتحقق كل ذلك لولا جهود أعضاء اللجنة ومعهم قادة الفرق الكشفية والإرشادية ومن خلفهم إدارات المدارس التي احتضنت كثيرا من الفعاليات و المناشط التي أقيمت في مدارسهم بصدر رحب رغم كثرة الصعوبات و التي سعوا لتذليلها بكل اقتدار ، كما نوجه كل التحية والتقدير لفريق الدعم الكشفي و الإرشادي بالمحافظة لدوره القيّم في التدريب و المساندة طوال العام الدراسي .
إن الحركة الكشفية و الإرشادية الفتيّة التي تعيشها السلطنة إنما هي نتيجة تضافر لكثير من جهود القادة و الفرق و المؤسسات التي تعنى بهذه الحركة ، ونتيجة تلك الجهود تظهر عيانا على المجتمع المدرسي و المجتمع المحيط على حد سواء .
جهود جبارة أدت إلى صقل الكثير من المواهب و المهارات التي يتمتع بها الفتية و الفتيات المنضوون تحت لوائها ، ويتعدى ذلك إلى الاستفادة المجتمعية من خلال البرامج والمشاريع المتنوعة و الهادفة و التي أثرت المجتمع بالكثير من الفعاليات و المناشط التي كان لها الفضل في توطيد العلاقة بين المجتمع ومنتسبي الحركة الكشفية و الإرشادية بل وتعدى ذلك إلى المشاركة الإقليمية و الدولية .
إن ما يعيشه النشاط الكشفي و الإرشادي في عماننا الحبيبة إنما هو محصلة للاهتمام الكبير الذي توليه وزارة التربية و التعليم بهذا النشاط و الذي يستمد كل ذلك من الرؤية الحكيمة لمولانا حفظه الله ورعاه الكشاف الأعظم و الذي نسأل الله عزوجل أن يعيده إلى وطنه وشعبه وهو يرفل بثوب من الصحة و العافية والعمر المديد .
وبعدها تم تكريم الفرق والمدارس الفائزة على المستوى المحلي وتكريم اللجنة المساندة للتفوق الكشفي والإرشادي.
