استضافت مدرسة ألسان بنات صباح اليوم فريق أعضاء جمعية بهجة الايتام حيث تم الترحيب بهم من قبل إدارة المدرسة وقامت المدرسة بتهيئة ساحة الدرسة من أجل الفعالية حيث اعداد طبق خيري يعود ريعه الي جمعية بهجة الايتام وقام فريق أعضاء الفريق بإعداد ركن خاص به يتم التعريف بالجمعية والهدف منها وتم توزيع حاصلات على الطلاب للتبرع كذلك الرسم على وجه الطلاب وتوزيع بالونات ووضع صناديق للتبرع من قبل الطلاب والهيئة الادارية والتدريسية وقامت أ/ سحر معلمة العلوم بتسليم أعضاء فريق الجمعية صندوق الصدقة مشروع خاص بالصف السادس تحت إشراف أ/ سحر وفي الختام تم عمل اجتماع لمعلمات المدرسة التعريف بالجمعية وكيفية التبرع والخطوات المطلوبة وكل الشكر للهيئة الادارية والتدريسية في مدرسة ألسان على الجهود المبذولة .
