With all pleasure Bilad Bani Bu Ali school hosted the open shared discussion "share to care"which took place on Tuesday 27/8/2013
and aimed to gather and share ideas about challenges and difficulties learners face.

With the attendance of the trainer Mrs. Fatma Al Hakmania, English supervisors Mrs. Nasra Al Maamaria and Mrs. Aseela Al Masrooria and around 30 English teachers from six schools in Jaalan , Senior teacher Mrs. Rahma Al Senedia greeted the participants and thanked them for accepting their invitation. Then, teachers started their discussion about every skill in teaching English like reading and writing concerning challenges and difficulties they meet and the suitable plans and procedures to overcome them to raise students levels in English starting from cycle 1 until post basic education.
Participants agreed that the teacher has the vital role in improving students' performance in English. They also decided to apply new techniques and strategies using different kinds of tasks and activities to facilitate the learning process. The discussion ended up with a number of valuable recommendations to be considered from the beginning of the year.
