الاجتماع بالمعلمين الأوائل واستعراض أوراق عمل من مدرسة أبو بكر الرازي (5-10)

قام مدير المدرسة الأستاذ محمد بن مسعود السنيدي في يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 10/9/2013م بتقديم أوراق عمل كانت الأولى بعنوان المعلم الأول (المهام والكفايات) استهدفت كلا من المعلمين الأوائل ومساعدي المدراء موضحا الدور الذي يقوم به المعلم الأول من متابعه ووضع أليه تخدمه في تقديم الأفضل ودوره في المتابعة الاشرافية . ثم استعرض الورق الثانية والتي كانت بعنوان نظام تطوير الأداء المدرسي مبينا دور كلا من الادارة والمعلمين الأوائل في تفعيل هذا النظام داخل المدرسة وخارجها .بعد ذلك دار النقاش وتم الوقوف على النقاط المهمة التي تخدم العملية التعليمية في المدرسة وخارجها .
