انطلقت فعاليات مشروع رتل وارتق في مدرسة مقنيات للتعليم الاساسي يوم الخميس12/9/2013م

من اعداد وتنفيذ أسرة التربية الاسلامية حيث اشتمل المشروع على شرح لحكم تجويدي مع تطبيق الصحيح للتلاوة في آية قرآنية عبر الاذاعة المدرسية

وقد افتتح المشروع بتلاوة مباركة لسورة الهمزة تلتها الطالبة خلود الكلبانية من الصف الثاني عشر ثم الشرح المفصل لحكم إدغام الميم الساكنة مقدم من الاستاذة خديجة الجساسية وموزة الكلبانية ...
