Need help in unit plan

Hi every one

I'm currently studying Educational Curriculum course at Sultan Qabbos university. One of the course's projects is redesigning on of the EfM units. i'm now working on the Great Thinkers unit ifrom grade 7A. I want to make sure about the syllabus used in this unit and also to see what kind of change you have made in the unit; if you have taught it before.

I would be grateful if you can guide me to any sourceserelated to unit planning.
