أعلنت لجنة المناقصات الداخلية بوزارة القوى العاملة عن طرح مناقصة ( الخدمات الإستشارية للتصميم والإشراف ) لبناء الكلية التقنية بمسندم علما أن المنشئآت التي يحق لها الإشتراك و المسجلة بمجلس المناقصات ضمن الدرجة الأولى يحث لها المشاركة بهذه المناقصة
علماَ أن آخر موعد للشراء هو يوم الخميس 22 نوفمبر 2018 م و آخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو يوم الأحد 16 ديسمبر 2018 م.

وانطلاقا من اهتمام المجلس بتوسيع آفاق التعليم العالي والارتقاء بمنظومته بما يتناسب مع التطلعات والتوجهات التنموية بالبلاد فقد وافق مجلس التعليم في اجتماعه الثالث لهذا العام برئاسة معالي السيد خالد بن هلال بن سعود البوسعيدي وزير ديوان البلاط السلطاني رئيس مجلس التعليم وبحضور أصحاب المعالي والسعادة والأفاضل أعضاء المجلس على إنشاء الكلية التقنية بمحافظة مسندم للإسهام في رفد سوق العمل بالكفاءات العمانية في المجالات التقنية والفنية المتخصصة وبما يواكب التطورات الاقتصادية التي تشهدها السلطنة.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The Scope of Consultancy Engineering Services required are the following:
Pre-Contract Services:
The consulting engineer shall provide all the complete set of documents and services requried by the standard consultancy agreement. This includes, but not limited to, the following:
1. Feasibility study & review of client’s requirements including square meter sizes for all spaces and recommendations for changes, if any.
2. Propose and agree a budget sum with the client.
3. Report on whether the architectural client’s requirements in excess of land available presently being 100,000 Sqm
4. Sub-soil Investigation & Topographic Surveys soft copy will be provided to the consultant upon award of work order by the client.
5. Provide architectural, Civil, structural, MEP, and HVAC,Landscape, Irrigation services for the proposed building.
6. Preparation of preliminary design drawings including:
a) Floor & roof plans
b) Elevations & sections
The consultant shall immegiately present 3 options for approval of technical committe of the client. Further changes if any after client review to be carried out without delay untill final approval / satisfaction of the client.
7. Detailed Quantity surveying.
8. The consultant shall give proposal for the furniture and machine / eqipment layout plan and cost estimate to the client in order to allow him to allocate a separate budget.
9. Liaison with various Governments Authorities for permits such as processing for approvals by the Fire Prevention Authority, planning Department, Building Permit Department, etc.
10. Prepartion of Final Design, Full Working Drawings, Full Details Drawings, Specifications, B.O.Q, and tender documents.
11.Obtain all approvals from concened authorities and provide 10 soft
copies and 5 sets of hard copies of tender documents and .
12.Preparation of tender evaluation report and contract relating to the accepted tender.
Post-contract Services:
The consulting engineer shall provide all the complete set of documents and services as required by the Standard Consultancy Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a). Construction supervision
b). Quantity surveying
c). Quality control
d). Financial control
e). Monthly reports to be sent to Minnistry on progress of the work.
f). Receive and comment in a report to the ministry in variation orders.
g).Receive and comment in report to the Ministry on all contractors claims including extension of time.
h).Issue the project Completion Certification after getting Ministry’s approval.
i). Issue the end of mainternance period certificate after getting the Ministry’s approval.
j). Prepare the project final account. |
Interested Consultancy Offices (in the above mentioned Grade) may obtain Tender documents from the E.Tendering website: https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.om against non-refundable payment as mentioned above for each set of document. Tenders should be submitted on line on given website. The Tenderer should enclose scan copy of Bank Guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for the value of 1% of the Tender value validity for (90) days, and addressed to H.E. The Chairman of the Tender Committee. And hard copy of the same should be submitted manually to the Internal Tender Committee, Ministry of Manpower.
