The summer is too close to finish are you exploiting it on good things which will benefit u ?

And please help me ,

I want new activities which I can do them during this boring time

I'm laying on my bed 24 hours

I'm afraid ,,,,I'M GOING TO GAIN MORE WEIGHT


I USED TO READ MANNNY MAAAAAAAAANY BOOKS AND DOING EXERCISE AND STUFF

but now
I don't know what happened to me

I feel so so sad and regret 'cos I waste a lot of hours on silly stuff

I REALLY REEEEALY NEED HELP :'((

I DELETED MY FACEBOOK MY TWITTER MY INSTAGRAM
AND EVERY THING
because I thought that would help me
But I'm wasting more time on YouTube
