أعلن السيد سكوت تير تقاعده من منصبه لهذا العام والذي استمر لمدة أربعة سنوات في مصب الأمين العام للمنظمة الكشفية العالمية بإدارة الأقاليم الكشفية الستة حول العالم ,
حيث كان له الأثر الكبير في خدمة الحركة الكشفية العالمية للشباب والمجتمع بقيادة مثالية في كافة البرامج والأنشطة الكشفية العالمية .
السيد سكوت يعمل حالياً مع المنظمة الكشفية العالمية لوضع اللمسات الأخيرة لحين موعد تقاعده ، حيث سينتقل إلى وطنه الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لقضاء باقي حياته مع عائلته والزملائه .

The Secretary General of WOSM, Scott Teare will retire from his position later this year. For the past four years, Scott has played a pivotal role in the restructuring and management of the WSB throughout the six Scout regions. Scouting continues to positively impact the lives of young people and communities worldwide, thanks to his exemplary leadership and passion for the movement.Scott is currently working with WOSM to finalise his retirement date and will start the process of transitioning his duties in advance of his departure. He is
looking forward to spending more time with his family in the US upon his retirement
