سنبدأ أول درس بالفعل الأكثر إستخداما في الحياة الواقعية و في كل اللغات، بطبيعة الحال الإنسان كثير ما يتحدث عن حاضره إذا ما قارنا حديثه عن ماضيه و مستقبله. لذلك فمن الطبيعي عند تعلم أي لغة جديدة أن يكون الفعال المضارع/الحاضر البسيط هو أول ما يدرس من بين الأفعال. الدرس الأول سيركز على الفعل المضارع البسيط وسنحاول التركيز على ما يلي:
1-متى نستخدم الفعل المضارع البسيط Present Simple
2-ما هي قواعد كتابة الفعل المضارع البسيط و ارتباطه بالأسماء و الضمائر؟
3-كيف نحول جمل الفعل المضارع البسيط المثبتة إلى جمل منفية
4-كيف نحول جمل الفعل المضارع البسيط المثبتة و المنفية إلى أسئلة بسيطة؟

سنطرح المادة الآن و عليكم بقراءتها ومحاولة فهمها و من ثم سنقوم بإدراج عدة تمارين للتدريب و تطبيق القواعد.

Use of Present Simple


When do we use the Simple Present?h


The Simple Present is frequently used in English.It is also called Present Simple.

Repeated actions (every day, always, often,sometimes, never)

My friend often draws niceposte-

I never drink orange juice-

We usually go to the Baltic Sea in summer-

. Things in general

The sun rises inthe east

Cats drink milk

Fixed arrangements, scheduled events (e.g. *********)

The plane flies to London every Monday

We have English on Tuesdays and Fridays


Sequence of actions in the present (first – then,after that)

First I get up, then I have breakfast

After school I switch on my computer, then I check myemails and after that I play my favourite game

We don’t add “s” to the verb with the following pronounsand nouns

In the third person singularthe verb always ends in -s:
he wants, she needs, he gives, she thinks
He wants ice cream. Doeshe want strawberry? He does not want vanillaVerbs ending in -y :the third person changes the -y to -ies:
fly --> flies, cry --> cries
Exception: if there is a vowel before the -y:
play --> plays, pray --> prays
§Add -es to verbs endingin:-ss, -x, -sh, -ch:
he passes, she catches, he fixes, it pushes
NegativeSentences in the Simple Present TenseTo make a negative sentence in Englishwe normally use Don't orDoesn't with all verbs EXCEPT To Be and Modal verbs(can, might, should etc.)Affirmative: You speak French.
Negative: You don't speak French

You will see that we add don'tbetween the subject and the verb. We use Don't when the subject is I,you, we or theyAffirmative: He speaks German.
Negative: He doesn't speak German

When the subject is he, sheor it, we add doesn't between the subject and the verb to make anegative sentence. Notice that the letter S at the end of the verb inthe affirmative sentence (because it is in third person) disappears in thenegative sentence. We will see the reason why below
