لا تقف دون التل متردداً
كم من الصدق في تلك العبارات ؟
وكم منا يؤمن بها
لا يسعى للنجاح من لا يملك طموحا ولذلك كان الطموح هو الكنز الذي لا ينتهي ..فكن طموحا وانظر إلى المعالي ..
 ما هو الطموح ؟
الطموح هو الهدف,الغاية,الحلم,الأمل , يعتقد البعض أنها مسمى لمعنى واحد ولكنها تختلف كل الاختلاف :
- الطموح :ما تسعى النفس لتحقيقه بدافع من العقل الباطني غالبا بعد وضوحه في العقل الظاهر.
- الهدف: هو نقطة توضع أمام العين بحيث لا ترى إلا هو حتى تصل إليه .
- الغاية :هي مطلب النفس في امور مختلف .
- الحلم : هو الذي يرسمه الذهن واغلبه غير واقعي حتى يتحقق بعكس الطموح والهدف والغاية يتميزون بالواقعية .
- الأمل: هو ميول النفس إلى ما تهوى وتتمنى تحقيقه بحيث تأمله وتتعلق به .

 ما هو اصل الطموح الحقيقي ؟
يوجد مكان واحد وحيد لإيجاد الطموح الحقيقي وهو بداخلك أنها في كل فكرة , وفي كل لحظة , وفي كل حافز , فإن طموحك يعبر عن حقيقتك .
 فوائد الطموح :
- يكسب النشاط والحيوية في تحقيق الأهداف.
- يكسب معالي الأمور.
- دليل شرف النفس
- نظرة المستقبل نظرة مشرقة
- يؤدي للسعادة ومحقق للنجاح.
- الطموح يصنع المستحيل و يسهل العقبات .
- تقبل النقد البناء، فهو وسيلة إصلاحية لتحقيق الطموح.
- لا تخجل فإن الخجل عدوك، فإنك لن تستطيع أن تحقق نجاحا وأنت خجول.

 قد تسأل : كيف أملك طموحاً عالياً ؟!
والجواب :
أولاً : قرر على نفسك الطموح.
ثانياً : تطلع دائماً إلى المستقبل .
ثالثاً : استخدم الإيحاء لجعلك كبيراً في طموحك .
رابعاً : حلق على أجنحة الخيال .

أخيراً ..
هذه همسي في أذن كل من طمح ثم حاول ثم فشل ثم يئس :

" لا تيأس .. وكن طموحاً"
فإن الناس الذين حققوا نجاحا كان يطمحون أولاً ، ثم بعد ذلك ينجحون .
وهناك مثال رائع من واقع حياتنا ..وهو مخلوق صغير جداً قد لا يحبه البعض .. ولكنه يسلك منهجا رائعاً في شق طريقه في مُعترك الحياة .. هل عرفتم ذلك المخلوق؟! إنه النمل .. نعم هو .. إن النملة الواحدة مثلاً حين تُحاول صعود القمة لغرض ما فإنها قد لا تسقط عشرات المرات .. ولو أننا كنا مكانه لأحبطنا و أصابنا اليأس . ولكنها لا تيأس أبداً .. فهي تحاول مراراً وتكراراً حتى تحقق ما تريده ..فلو تأملنا حياتهم ولو لدقيقة واحدة لاستفدنا منهم الكثير ،ولتعلمنا منهم أهم دروس الحياة وأجملها .. فلنتعلم منهم، ولنكن طموحين مثلهم ، بل وأكثر منهم.
من الآن فصاعدا ابني سلما لتصل إلى نجاحك واعلم أن الطموح كنز لا يفنى. ولن يصل الشخص إلا أهدافه .. إلا إذا كان حب الطموح محركا له ف بالطموح والعزيمة والإرادة يتحقق ما يراه البعض مستحيلا جميل جدا أن يكون للإنسان طموح يسعى اليه .. ومجد يحلم به وهنا يجب عليه أن لا يدع أحلام اليقظة والأماني تستهلك سنين عمره بل عليه أن يبدأ طريقه للصعود على سلم النجاح منذ أن يرسم أهدافه فلنترك سفينة النجاح تبرح بنا .. تحركها رياح الطموح ..
لنصل بها إلى عالم المجد والسمو ..
